As we welcome your companion to the hotel, we wish to apprise you of a few guidelines that must be followed while your companion is staying with us:
- Your pets can weigh a maximum of 25 kg, which can be accommodated per room
- An additional charge of INR 2500 plus taxes will apply for the duration of the stay
- Basic necessities such as a bed and a food bowl will be provided for the pet during the stay
- Basic pet food will be provided by us on the day of arrival
- Pets are strictly not permitted in any food and beverage outlets, the health club, and the pool area of the hotel. These exclusions do not apply to guide dogs.
- Pets should not be left unattended at any given point in time by their custodian be it in the room/residence or the hotel’s public areas permissible for access to the pets.
- The Resort Mumbai is a pet friendly hotel. However, we do not wish to inconvenience our other in-house guests with any disturbance which may involve any noise by the pet. Hence, we once again strongly recommend that your pets be accompanied by at least one custodian at all times.
- Charges will be levied in case of any destruction or damage to hotel property
- The hotel holds the rights of admission and will ask for the pet to be removed from the property if it is causing a disturbance, damaging property or disrupting to the stay of the other guests of the hotel. The hotel will not be liable or held responsible for the loss of a pet on the premises or outside the premises.
- The custodian will have to bare medical charges and full liability in case the pet physically harms any guest or staff or himself/herself in the hotel premises.
