Policies at The Resort, Mumbai

  • The check-in time is 14:00 hrs and the check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Should the guest fail to check out, the management is authorised to levy a half-day charge till 16:00 hrs, and a full-day charge thereafter.
  • Current government regulations require all guests to provide proof of identity at check-in with a photograph and an address. In the case of a foreign nationality, a valid passport and a visa are mandatory. The Photo IDs accepted are Aadhar cards and Passports only.
  • The management reserves the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate. When requested to do so, by default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitors from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room.
  • A pre-authorisation on credit card / cash deposit will be taken on arrival for room & taxes + Rs. 2,000 per night.
  • To ensure a hassle-free departure, the outstandings need to be settled interim every time they reach Rs. 20,000/-.
  • All cash payments above Rs. 49,000/- will require a PAN card as per government norms. Cheques are not accepted. We accept payments through UPI. All outstanding charges must be settled.
  • Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms post 20:00 hrs. In case of a visitor proceeding to the guest room prior to the stipulated time needs to be registered with the hotel with a valid photo ID. Charges will be applied.
  • Guests are advised to leave their doors locked while leaving the room. The hotel shall not be liable for any valuables left by the guest in the room or hotel premises.
  • Luggage can be stored in the Luggage Room at the guest's sole risk. Luggage shall be stored for a maximum of 6 weeks. Post the same, the hotel reserves the right to discard the luggage.
  • All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms, public areas, and non-designated smoking areas. A cleansing fee of Rs. 10,000/- shall be levied should guests fail to adhere to the non-smoking policy of the hotel.
  • Storage of articles that are combustible or hazardous in nature are prohibited and shall not be permitted in the hotel premises.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, visitors or the people associated with them that they are responsible for.
  • Guests are requested to adhere to and observe the current Government regulations enforced from time to time pertaining to registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, trafficking, etc.
  • We do not allow outside food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages inside the hotel premises.
  • We do not allow speakers in the room.

  • Maximum occupancy for our room categories is 3 adults except for the Presidential Villa.
